WHY USING OUR ADVISORY SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES AND PREPRATIONS AND INDUSTRIAL ECOLOGY?

Hand in hand with Slovakia’s and Czech Republic’s membership to the EU goes the transposition of chemical and environmental legislation into the national legislation. Compliance with and full understanding of the new legislative requirements often is a time-consuming task. WHY USING OUR SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF ADR REGULATIONS?

As of January 1, 2003, every organization performing transport, loading, packaging, filling or unloading of dangerous goods on the territory of Slovakia, the Czech Republic and other ADR member countries, needs to have a safety advisor providing advisory on the implementation of the agreement.

Sanctions for non-compliance with the terms of the agreement can climb up to as much as SKK 200,000 (CZK 500,000).
